📌 How to Submit a Support Ticket

🛠 Steps to Submit a Support Ticket:


1️⃣ Log In to the Support Portal
Start by logging in to your HiTide Support Portal account.
Click the “Login” button at the top right corner of the page to access your account.

2️⃣ Navigate to the Support Section
Once logged in, find the “Support” section or the “Submit a Ticket” button in the main menu.

3️⃣ Fill Out the Ticket Form

  • Enter a descriptive subject for your ticket (e.g., "Internet Connection Issue").
  • Select the category that best describes your issue (e.g., Network, Account, Hardware).
  • Provide a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing. The more details you provide, the faster we can assist.

4️⃣ Attach Files (Optional)
If you have any relevant files (screenshots, logs, etc.), click the “Attach Files” button and upload them.

5️⃣ Submit Your Ticket
Once you’ve filled out the form, click “Submit Ticket” to send your request to the support team. You’ll receive a confirmation email.


❓ FAQs & Troubleshooting


🔹 I accidentally submitted the wrong information. Can I edit my ticket?
✔️ You cannot edit a ticket once it's submitted. However, you can reply to the ticket to provide any corrections or additional details.

🔹 I haven’t received a confirmation email.
✔️ Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you entered your email correctly and try submitting the ticket again.

🔹 What if I need urgent help?
✔️ Consider submitting your ticket with an Urgent priority (explained below) to ensure it's addressed as soon as possible.
