🛠 Steps to Reset Your Password

1️⃣ Go to the Login Page

  • Open your web browser and go to the HiTide Support Portal.
  • Click on the “Login” button at the top right corner.

2️⃣ Click on "Forgot Password"

  • Below the login form, find the "Forgot Password?" link.
  • Click it to proceed to the password recovery page.

3️⃣ Enter Your Registered Email

  • In the password reset form, type the email address linked to your account.
  • Click "Submit" to request a password reset link.

4️⃣ Check Your Email for a Reset Link

  • You will receive an email from HiTide Support with a reset link.
  • If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.

5️⃣ Set a New Password

  • Click the reset link in the email.
  • Enter a new password, confirm it, and click "Save".

6️⃣ Login with Your New Password

  • Return to the login page and enter your new password.
  • You should now have access to your account! 🎉

❓ FAQs & Troubleshooting

🔹 I didn't receive the password reset email.
✔️ Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there, try again or contact support.

🔹 The reset link expired.
✔️ Password reset links expire after a short time. If it expired, repeat the steps above to get a new link.

🔹 I still can't log in after resetting my password.
✔️ Make sure you’re using the correct email and new password. Try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode.
