🛠 Steps to Update Your Profile Information:


1️⃣ Log In to the Support Portal
Open your web browser and navigate to the HiTide Support Portal.
Click the “Login” button at the top right corner to sign in.

2️⃣ Access Your Profile Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile picture or username in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select “Profile” or “Account Settings”.

3️⃣ Edit Your Profile Information
In the profile settings, you can update various fields such as:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Profile Picture
  • Company Name (if applicable)

4️⃣ Make Changes to the Desired Field
Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the information you’d like to update. For example, if you wish to change your email address, click the pencil icon next to the email field.

5️⃣ Save Your Changes
After updating your profile details, click the Save Changes button to save your updated information.

6️⃣ Email Verification (if applicable)
If you updated your email address, a verification email will be sent to the new email. Open your inbox and click the verification link to confirm the update.
